Sharon R. Merriman
A long term resident of the Indianapolis area, Sharon is a graduate of Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio and went on to receive her JD degree from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1975.
Ms. Merriman is a civil litigator in both Federal and State Courts since 1975 and specializes in personal injury cases, representing businesses in commercial collection matters, probate and estate work. Ms. Merriman also serves as an arbitrator for NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers). Additionally, she is recognized as an
arbitrator for The American Trial Lawyers and the American Bar Association. Ms. Merriman is also qualified as a Family Law Mediator.
Ms. Merriman was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sharon is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association the Indiana State Bar Association and currently serves as a Trustee of her Church and a Trustee of Antioch University in Ohio.
