





Mary K. Zahn
Mrs. Zahn, who has been an Indianapolis area resident all of her life, attened Brownsburg High School and received her BA degree from Hanover College. She later attended the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, where she received her JD degree.
Since being admitted to
practice law, Mrs. Zahn primarily deals with criminal defense cases,
representing accused individuals in all types of criminal cases including, murder, robbery, burglary, fraud and forgery, sex offenses, narcotics possession and dealing, battery, domestic battery, criminal recklessness, neglect of a dependent, theft,
and alcohol related offenses, including DUI. Additionally, Mrs. Zahn also represents juveniles in delinquency matters as well. Mrs. Zahn practices throughout the state of Indiana as well as Marion County, where her practice is located.
Mrs. Zahn has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. She is also a member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association. Mrs. Zahn has also written for the Indiana Lawyer, a statewide legal publication.
