Frank W. Hogan

Mr. Hogan was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from Thomas Carr Howe High School, received his A.B. degree in Economics from Marian College and his JD degree from Indiana University School of law in Indianapolis, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Mr. Hogan also served four years active duty with the United States Air Force, two years in the far East and one year in Europe in communications intelligence. He and his wife have three sons, one of whom practices law in New York City.

Mr. Hogan, although having served for a time as a Marion County Deputy Prosecutor, has focused his practice principally in civil law, including real estate and zoning, family and juvenile law, wills, trusts and estates, personal injury, and small business matters. He has engaged in civil jury trials in the courts of a number of Indiana counties, including the Marion County. He has also handled a number of appeals and has represented clients in many cases before state and local administrative agencies, including plan commissions and boards of zoning appeals.

Mr. Hogan is admitted to practice law before the Indiana Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indians, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He has been a member of the Indiana and American Trial Lawyers Associations. Mr. Hogan has also co-authored a continuing legal education forum article entitled, Zoning and Administrative Law.
