JOHN D. FIEREK
John Fierek joined the firm in 2002 after working at the Indiana State Public Defender’s Office and serving as a Marion County Public Defender. A native of Brownsburg, Indiana, Fierek is a graduate of Brownsburg High School and earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from Indiana University at Indianapolis.
Fierek focuses his practice on criminal defense. He represents those accused in state courts, handling both major felony crimes and misdemeanors at the trial and appellate levels. He has participated in National College for DUI Defense seminars conducted at Harvard Law School in Cambridge. He has argued DUI issues before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.
Fierek is a Judge Advocate General in the Indiana National Guard, and has served in the Guard for nearly twenty years.
